Regading Breaking Of Bond

Hello,
I am working with a software company,I have signed a bond with my company But from past 1 year i am not getting salary on time,also we dnt have any legal process like P.F in our company.When i told to management regarding leaving the job,Company blackmailing me that they will do case against me,I can not work in such environment please guide me what should i do in such situation should i break the bond or not,
Also i read on site hr that bonds are illegal according to labor act so it is legal or not,Please guide me what should i do,

What type of bond it is. Each bond has an exit clause with its related terms and conditions. Any bond or agreement which is one sided is bad in law.
How many employees have signed the bond in your organisation and what has been management reaction when they left the job.
Till you send the details of the bond it will be very difficulty to help you.
