How Can Remove Left Employee IP Details In ESI Website

In our company, a few employees have left recently. I am having trouble removing the departed employees from the ESI website. I have entered reason code 2 for the employee, but they are still appearing on the website. This issue is preventing me from updating the wage details for the current month. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

First, you have to input code 1 for the present month and code 2 for the next month. When dealing with a former employee, for example, if an employee left the service in June 2012, you should use code 1 when uploading the ESI month list for the employee who left and then use code 2 in the following month with the date 31-7-2012. This process will allow you to remove the employee from the ESI list.

Also, put the date of the Relieving with code 02. Then, in the next month, just download the list of employees. Surely, those names will not appear on the list.
