Dear Ranesh, Thank you for the post. I have quickly gone through the ppt and my first impression is: too much text. More sermons than practical tips. Please make it short and simple. Instead of providing boring text, you may add day-to-day examples of what happens in the workplace - mainly problems related to communication and ego, and how to tackle them effectively is important.
