Salary Range, Structure & Components Of GM, Housekeeping Manager & Sous Chef

Dear Seniors,
I am currently pursuing my MBA in HR from Alliance University, Bangalore. I have a project in hand whereby I am supposed to find out the compensation(salary) range, structure and the various components in it (for the Hotel Industry) for the following designations:

1. General Manager
2. Housekeeping Manager
3. Sous Chef

I need to make a comparison of the various compensation structures. Request you all to kindly help me with this project by providing me with the above details. Also, it would be very helpful on your part if you can please provide me with the salary breakup for the above designations as well (as per the components).

The Packages can be fixed based on the various parameters of the candidates selected for the particular position.
For General Manager - House Keeping, it could be the qualification,experience,nature of industries he has worked, and the team size he has handled and areas of expertise and his last drawn salary with perks . All these factors will help you to fix the salary for a senior level position.
In my opinion it could be in the range of 18 to 25 Lacs per annum depending upon the nature of Industry and the turnover of the Industry.
