Hi
From the two sentences you have written above, it is clear that you have a serious problem in expressing yourself in English. The good news is that you are determined to overcome that problem and have taken the initiative to write and seek help through this forum.
My first suggestion is to immediately attend spoken English classes. However I am not too sure about the costs and accessibility to such classes in the UAE but I am sure you will take a 'where there is will there is a way' approach to it.
Reading and speaking English must be your priority. Reading aloud would me most helpful particularly if you have a friend or colleague who knows good English and if he/ she can correct your pronunciation, explain the meanings and encourage you to use synonyms for the words.
Expressing yourself correctly has 2 parts.
The first is to gather your thoughts and structure it logically. This is a non language related issue since it predominantly is an outcome of the thought process.
The second part is putting those thoughts down in words (either to say it or to write it). Most people tend to structure the thoughts and express themselves in their native language and then translate it into English when conveying it to an English speaking audience. This is logical but the problem arises in translating because the sentence construction and choice of words could vastly differ in the native tongue and when translated and expressed in English. This can be overcome with regular practice, appropriate guidance and a firm resolve.
