Dear SIr,
please provide the composition of a hydrogen gas cylinder i.e Qty of H2....
and what are the minimum quantities of cylinders wrt obtaining a licence from authorities......

Dear Nagaraju,
Please refer to Gas Cylinder rules.
The quantity of cylinders beyond which you require Licences are given for different types of gases like, Highly Flammable, Toxic, Highly Toxic, Inert etc.

License is required for storing more than 5 cylinders as per GAS CYLINDER RULES 2004.No license is required below 5.
