This is in regards to the above mentioned , we had received the Enquiry form from HPCL today DATED :- 25 Sep-2013 by courier services & submission date on or before 01/10/2013 .Attached the scanned copy .
We are unable to submit the Tender Enquiry form due to short period of time so request you to extend the date as mentioned in Tender form & confirm us on same .
