Hr Policies N Procedure Required - Pdf Download

Dear All,
This is Rekha, working as an HR Executive for a Company which deals in IT-Website Development & Designing & they have their own Consultancy for IT/Non-IT Companies. So i have to make the Policies for our own company as well as clients. Please help me out of this.

To make a policy for HR is not a one individual task policy formation is made from the top management by top level employees you can sit with them (make a meeting) and discuss with them what all things they want to implement.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have search some policies in the same and also send some good data to my senior but they are asking for minimum 30-40 pages policy. So its very difficult for me to understand their requirement. So its a request please help me if you have any kind of information related to HR policies.
And i have an Ques: Is their any Company who makes Policies for the Corporates????

As suggested by others...designing HR Policy takes some time and its a detailed process carried out with consultation of Top Management. There are many consulting firms which can guide you on this.
