Dear Senior
Can we change the present running contribution process of EDLI Benefits under EPF & MISC Provision Act 1952 with to Private Company�s Policy? If yes please tell the process under EPF Act. Please suggest me��

In my view you can switch from EDLI scheme under the Act to a scheme under your company's policy, provided you make arequest to the P.F Commissioner to permit you such switch and assure him that the employees enjoy better or more favourable insurance benfits under company's scheme.
