Hello friends, I am working in the post of management represntative in iso 9001:2008 certified company. But i have no knowledge about iso 9001:2008. please give suggestion .

ISO 9000 family of standards is related with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensures that organisations have systems designed to meet the needs of their stakeholders and customers.
ISO 9001 deals with the requirements that organizations wishing to meet the standard have to fulfill.
