1. Sir, you have not indicated whether you and your family members have got yourselves photographed as per directions of the appropriate branch office of ESIC to which you are attached. If so, you may contact the said Branch Office of ESIC or write to the appropriate Regional/Divisional Office of ESIC.

2. You can also ask your employer/HR concerned to intimate the position of your/your family member's ESI Pehchan Card.
