Sir I have checked the web site of NLS and found there is no course related to PG Diploma in Labour Law. They are offering courses:
Master of Business Laws (P.G. Degree) [2 years programme] - MBL
One year Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights Law - PGDHRL
One year Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics - PGDMLE
One year Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law - PGDEL
One year Post Graduate Diploma Intellectual Property Rights Law - PGDIPRL
One year Post Graduate Diploma in Child Rights Law - PGDCRL
One year Post Graduate Diploma in Consumer Law and Practice - PGDCLP
Could you please tell me the scope of "Master of Business Laws" for a HR person. I am planning to do the same.
Need your advise pls.
Regards,
BSSV
Oh, I am sorry! They have not included the labour laws, might have taken out the course.... Regarding MBL, the course is completely related to laws and to be frank hardly has any help for the management graduates, the course is good for the corporate practitioners of law.... Infact I have completed that course from there, we used to have projects and assignments mandatory, now no such practical papers are included with the theory, but I would tell you that it hardly helps for management or labour or HR... but, Human rights law would help you in your aspect, since that does include labour stuff both domestic and international......

You may call them up and enquore about the course, and if you are interested in any course may go ahead and do it, my best wishes .......... :-)

And if you are keen about labour management MSW (Master of social welfare) has the best scope.......

Bangalore Universoty offers the PGD in Labour laws, one year course.....

If I remember, there are other institutions mention for the PGD labour laws in this cite itself, if you search, may help you.....
