Dear All,
Have you noticed, sometimes you may receive an email from an unknown placement service regarding an opening in an HR-related area. They demand your CV, and after receiving it, they may call to seek more clarity about your role in your current organization, etc.
After that, they may contact you two or three times for the same opening and become friendly with you. And after spending some time, they may inform you that the opening is closed due to some reason, asking for help in case your company is interested in recruiting through them.
I have noticed this happen many times, and now I feel it resembles a racket that should be identified, especially by new HR executives seeking a job change, as it can be demoralizing to receive such fake recruitment calls. Please share your experiences, and correct me if I am wrong.
