Jharkhand Minimum Wages Rules & Shops And Establishment Act

Hi All,
Is there a separate minimum wage rules exists for Jharkhand or still we need to use Bihar Minimum Wage Rules for the same.
If yes, can someone provide soft copy of the same / bookshop from where I can get it.
Also can some provide me the soft copy of Jharkhand Shops And Establishment Act for reference.
