Please Send Me Format For Buy The Notice Period

Hi all,
I got resigned from current company, but 90 days notice period. just completed 30 days. I need to pay 60 days pay back salary to organization. But I got offer from other organization. This company can buy these notice of 60 days. But I want to send a formal letter regarding these information. Please send me official letter format to buy the notice period.. Please help me out...

Hi,
Please note that this letter will be given by the organizatin you are leaving. They will calcuate the shortfall in notice period and give you the working. Please take it signed and stamped on the letterhead and submit it to your new employer.
