please provide me waht is Model standing orders Act.1946 ? why it should be display on main gate of factory?

The Act stipulates service conditions of workmen like probation,leave,hours of work,termination and retirement and miscondcut etc in the form of model standing orders.Since every workman shall be put on notice of his service conditions, acopy will hav eto be dispalyed at a conspicuous place like main gate or notice board.
