Fun @ Work calendar for the organization

Hi, I am a MBA student, doing summer internship for 2 months. I have been told to prepare a 'Fun at Work' calendar for the organization. I have conducted Focused group discussions for the employees to get fun ideas from them. Now i need to prepare a Fun calendar and prepare a project report for the same.
Can anyone help in preparing a Project report for my work??
