Human is the main resource of any organization and HR is about managing people of all the different areas in an organization. It is the most important dept. of any organization.
The Role Of HR is to make both employee (in terms of job satisfaction and career growth) and organization profitable (in terms of productivity). The Key Functions of HR are -Recruitment, Payroll, Motivation, Training and Development, PerformanceAppraisal,Grievance Handling, Promotions, Transfer, Succession Planning, and Manpower Planning.
