Announcement Letter To All Employees To Use Finger Scanner

Dear All,
Please help me to create an annoucement letter to all employees to use this new attendance policy. Finger scanner was already installed in our office and i just neet to send email to all employees that they should use the scanner when they arrive at work and before leaving the office. Most of the employees are on higher position than me. I was just instructed by my boss which is the president of the company. Please help me to make a polite letter. Thanks.

we are going to impertinent 5 days a week, also need 100 proclivity from employees, dont know how to mail please help
