Project - Safety Training

Hi friends,
I am doing my MBA HR and im involved in my project work. My project is about safety measure an training. I have just started my project. I have not yet framed the objective itself. I am doing the project in a Excel industry packaging pv. ltd.company where around 875 employees work. Please help me to start my project. Please suggest what objective can i set for my project. The duration of my project is 2 months. Thanks in advance

You need to discuss the objectives with your mentor in the company, as it should be of use to them. Do they pay any stipend while you are doing the project?
