I Need Manpower Supply Quotetion Immediatly

i have started manpower supply services recently, so i need quotations immediately pls share with me ASAP

Dear Chinnaservices
The quotation for Manpower supply services also as like normal quotation. In this one you must give the break up for your claims.
Salary expected to be given to employee :
Conveyance :
HRA :
Employer PF 13.61% :
ESI 4.75% (If applicable) :
Bonus (8.33% to 20% per annum) :
LTA or any Leave Travel concession :
Profit for Agency : 10 to 15%
Note : If the employee sent on Tour or transfer, they have to pay directly to the employee the cost of the Ticket, accommodation cost, and any other expenditure incurred and it will not be billed/claimed by you.
Every year minimum 10% escallation will be fixed and in addition the client can fix and inform the same to you according to the employee's performance.
Hope this will be sufficient for you to prepare the quotation to your clients.
