Formats Of Statutory Registers/forms For Leave & Attendance

Can anyone help me with formats of staturoty registers/forms for Attendance and Leave applicable pan India.

All the formats are available with your local labour welfare offices ( i mean the xerox copy)
Once you have the content you can type and make soft copy as per the requirements of the industry you are currently associated with
this days u can opt for having soft copy as your books of registers instead of maintaining physical books which you have to take written intimation from the compliance officer as per the prescribed format
