Project Report On Performance Appraisal

hii.i a persuing my PGDHRM i hav eto start with a project report on performance appraisal .i am very confused and what to know how to go about it in sequence and also which companies should i visit for the same.I want my project to be the best one.Please help

I have deleted the attachment for three reasons
1. The name of the company is disclosed. Have you taken permission from the company?
2. The literature survey and the methodolgy sections are poor in terms of not having proper citations. There is no Bibliography/References section.
2. It is not advisable to attach whole of the report, as I have seen cases of students copying the whole and submitting it as their own with slight changes (in the past)
On a fully study, I found that you have not attached the findings and, hence, please re-attach after removing the name of the company.
