May I know if there\'s a software that can capture the tasks performed by the employees? The purpose is to quantify the hours spent by the employee for given tasks. For efficiency. And its availability in the market?

We used a software before called Timedoctor. It can produce screenshots on PC. It has also a task list and will monitor the productivity of the employee. However, it is not free. But it is worth it.
If you want a free monitoring software, try myteammonitor. It can produce screenshots and can generate a daily report on the total time worked by the employee. However, it will automatically log out if there is no activity on the PC after 2 minutes.
