Should I Go For Internship Or Direct Start Wrking

Hey guys, I'm a fresher. I am confused about whether I should apply for an internship in HR or directly apply for a job.

Good, you can go directly to apply for the job. On distance learning, you can pursue an MBA or MCom.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Yes, I am planning to do an MBA or PG part-time, but I want some experience first. I don't mind going directly for a job since I have no working experience. Just a little concerned about what would be right for me.

Do whatever you get - internship or job. It is not a matter of choice; it is more about your acceptance in the market.

Firstly, you must ensure that your university requires you to complete an internship before they release your certificate. Some universities require an internship report. If your university does not require the report, then why not start working straight away.

Thank you!

In my CV, is it necessary to mention my percentage scored, or would it not matter if I don't mention them?

It depends on whether you achieved above-average marks or not. Kindly avoid using SMS language in your messages.

I got a job offer from a company I like. The company seems great, but something stood out to me during our conversation. They mentioned that my payment would be through a third-party payment system. Can you explain what this means and if there are any risks involved? I am also curious if there will be any possibility of a salary increase after my probation period.
