OCTAPACE Profile

Hi all,
I am planning to do a study of organization culture using Udai pareek"s OCTAPACE profile...but very sadly i dont know how it is scored or where the norms are to be applied on the sample i have in mind.
Can anybody please help me out?
Can you pls suggest any refernces where i can look it up??
