Dear Mr. Mohammed Jaffar.
All the Training required as per your organization TNI (Training Need Identification) and according to identification of training. HRD should be responsible Department for providing these training to employee may be it’s internal or external and maintain these training attendance and Feedback Records for ISO audit.
It’s not mention in ISO guideline, what is minimum or maximum hours of Training required for Employee’s.
ISO guideline says you can do any work if you are not trained for the particular work.
Thank you,

Dear Mr. Modi,

I have already completed the following tasks:
1. TNA (Training Need Analysis)
2. Training Register (Training in Headcount)
3. Annual Training Calendar
4. Feedback Form for the Training

However, according to ISO standards, there is a requirement for a minimum number of training hours. Could you please inform me what the minimum training hours should be scheduled for a service-related industry?

Dear Mr. Mohammed Jaffar A,

ISO does not specify any duration for training in terms of the number of hours. According to ISO methodology, impart training and evaluate its effectiveness. If the organization does not achieve the required effectiveness, identify the training needs of that individual again. The effectiveness can be certified/measured by:

1. Seniors
2. Some kind of exams on the training imparted
3. Difference in the output/deliverables of the candidate

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

Please let me know if our company has branches all over India. Our employees work in many branches, but we deposit the PF in Noida State only.

Please confirm if this is a systematic way or not.

Dear All,

Hope that all of you are fine and safe. I need your help to answer my question. I need to know about the training. Is an HR assistant at the provincial level in an organization responsible for providing training to the staff? If yes, what kinds of training does the HR assistant have the responsibility for providing?

I mean, there are some projects in the organization, and each project has a Project Manager. During these times of training for the staff, who is responsible, the HR assistant, or the Project Manager?
