Plz provide me Pf and ESi inspection register format. I have searched a lot but couldn't find. I need these register urgently.

Inspection registers can be obtained from any Book shop that keeps statutory compliances material. You can purchase it from there.

Thank You so much for the reply, But i was wondering to make in xls or take a print out. that is why i was looking for the format in soft copy.

no need to maintain it in excel just buy the hard copy. It wont be used very frequently. Just buy a register from market.
