Please provide me with the PF and ESI inspection register format. I have searched a lot but couldn't find it. I need these registers urgently.

Inspection registers can be obtained from any bookstore that keeps statutory compliance materials. You can purchase them from there.

Thank you so much for the reply. I was wondering whether I could have the format in xls or take a printout. That is why I was looking for the soft copy format.

No need to maintain it in Excel, just buy the hard copy. It won't be used very frequently. Just buy a register from the market.
