Understanding Salary Structures and Consolidated Pay: A Comprehensive Guide

Can anyone tell me how we can frame a salary structure for a consolidated pay? I suggested one method to management, but they are saying we cannot have a salary structure for consolidated pay. I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me with this. For your information, let's assume the consolidated pay is Rs. 17,000.
