Need Questionnaire For Knowing Companies Hr Policies

Please guide me in regard to framing the questionnaire for knowing the Hr policies conducted in an organization, as i am doing research on hrm policies of jet & air india.

Please start with some generic questions by which whoever giving reply should feel comfortable in replying your questionnaire and you can ask about the policy details and at closing stage you can ask about the specific to subject type questions.
