I need some information on the documentation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification, with regards to:

1) What is the total number of documents we have to generate for the above certifications?
2) Which documents do we have to generate?
3) Where can I get the standards for the above?
4) Do we have to copy the documents of some other existing company of a similar kind?

Please, can anyone provide guidance on the above?
