Leave Structure In Hospitality Industry

Hi
I am working in HR in an organisation which has a chain of hotels in Pune and outside . I have certain query :
1. What is the leave structure(CL, PL, etc.) applicable? Is it compulsory for the company to have these leaves in a calender year?

Can you provide the Leave norms and no. of Leave for Hotel employees in Tamil Nadu and the Holidays declared for the year 2013 in Chennai - Hotels .

Hotels and Restaurants are covered under the Tamilnadu Catering Establishments Act in Tamilnadu
This act provides only Earned Leave as in Factories Act There is no provision for other categories. This Act also provides for 5 Festival Holidays and 4 National Holidays
