Salary Slip Without Esi And Pf..help Me!! - XLS Download

Hi,
I am working in a BPO comp in Chennai.i'm m paid Rs15000 as monthly salary without any deductions(ESI & PF).Please help me to prepare pay slip for the above pay. Can u please send me a sample format for this.Thanks in advance!! waiting for your reply..

Dear Mr.Bharath,
Refer to your query it is not possible to make a payslip with out having Authorized/Statutory Deductions.It comes under the violation of Statutory provisions which are applicable to your organisation.

I Know small about this
This is the formula for ESI&PF Deduction.. insert your values..
if the "Basic =10360/-
Total Gross=15000/-
PF 12% =10360*12%=1243/-
ESI 1.75%=15000*1.75%=263/-

Total PF Contribution = 25.61%
Employee Contribution =12%
Employer Contribution = 13.61%
For Employee
Basic Salary *12%
ESIC
Esic only applicable for who is getting less than or equal to 15000
more than 15000 ESIC not applicable.
Total ESIC Contribution 6.5%
Employee Contribution 1.75%
Employer Contribution 4.75%
Basic Salary *1.75%

Dear Bharathpranav,
I do agree with Mr. V R RAO PULIPAKA creating the false or fake salary slip is an legal offence & as we are the HR person must be take care of such thing should not happen in industry.

Does it happen in any orgainzation that PF and ESIC both are cut, If cut then how Co. deduct from basic salary. According to my I heard that below than 15000 employee get only ESIC but not get PF such thing happen in organisation kindly suggest me.
