Business Case For Training

Hi All,

I have to arrange an outbound training (team building, motivation, and debt collection) for my team. In order to prepare a business case citing the reasons as to why the budget for training should be approved. If someone has a sample business case for training, please share. Also, please share what particulars should be mentioned in the business case so that it gets approved.

Every business case should have benefits corresponding to the recommendation you make. You could mention the type of programs you plan to conduct for the audience along with the course outline and objectives. When including behavioral training programs like time management, stress management, managing emotions, assertive communication, coaching, and feedback, relate their effectiveness to a department's/ team's productivity and performance. These programs help people control and manage their emotions, build a strong rapport, which improves the work environment too.
