i think you need to provide basic details such as place of canteen (i.e. in which city), no. of college students in the campus, what type of canteen, etc. This will help in getting you required inputs for quoting to your canteen management.

its actually for an engineering college and it is located 30km away frm to hyderabad........ nearly 700 students are there in the campus...... breakfast nd lunch has to be provided......
pllzzzz give me the standard measurements for regular food items that i should mention in quotation...... nd plzz can u snd me a sample quotation for that......
