Please go to the [ESIC Insurance Employer Portal](http://www.esic.in) and enter the company code and password. Then, register the new employee under the "Register New IP" section and generate the TIC. If the employee is already registered, proceed to the "Print Counterfoil" section and take a printout of the Temporary card.
