Can anyone provide a sample filled Form 20 and Form 10 in the case of a deceased member, as I cannot find it on the internet? I will be really thankful.

1. What is the procedure to get a pension when I turn 58 years old? I was informed that I would receive the pension after turning 58 years old. I opted for voluntary retirement. On September 20, 2016, I will turn 58 years old.

2. I would like to update my bank and communication address. What are the steps to do so?

3. Can I transfer my pension account to the Hyderabad branch? Currently, it is located in Karimnagar (my employer is also in the same district).

I left my job on Nov 30, 2015. Now, I am planning to withdraw my PF. I worked for 4 years and 6 months in my previous company. Could you please advise me on how to fill out Form 15G? I am expecting to receive Rs. 90,000 as my PF amount. I need guidance on filling columns 3, 15, 16, 17, and 18 in the Form 15G. I have attached Form 15G for your reference.
