I am Sundaram from Bangalore. I have a total of 40 years of work experience in the Central Government in Delhi, Quasi-Government Institutes, and corporates. I worked for 31 years at Larsen & Toubro Limited and retired as Head & Senior DGM-HR from one of its Strategic Business Units. My work experience in the HR domain is over 20 years. After retirement, I worked with L&T for two years as an HR Consultant. Since May 2011, I have been a freelance soft skills trainer cum HR Consultant. I own a small firm - R2R HR Services. I will soon be visiting engineering colleges/Business Schools after Dasara.
