Am Sundaram from Bangalore. I have a total of 40 years work experience in Central Government at Delhi, Quasi Govt Institutes and corporates. I have worked for 31 years in Larsen & Toubro Limited and retired as Head & Sr DGM-HR fromone of its Strategic Business Units. My work experience in HR domain is over 20 years...
