What is the rule for Basic Salary Calculation ? OR
If gross salary is Rs.40000/- how can I calculate Basic + Da OR how can I prepare a salary structure. Please answer

Basic + Da should equivalent or more than minimum rate prescribed by Appropriate Government for pertinent industries.

Hi Rohini,
the salary structure will be / may be
Basic 12000, DA 6000, House Rent Allowance 6000, Conveyance Allowance 800, Medical Allowance 1250, Education Allowance 200, Other Allowances 11750, Variable Pay 2000, Total 40000.
