Difference Between HR Executive & HR Genralist

Respected Seniors,
I am very confusing in differing JD's of HR executive and Genralist. Can any one help me.

Even i would like more information on this... & also can any 1 tell the skills & competencies required for a HR Executive..

HR Executive is Designation and HR Generalist is a Role.
Any HR personnel who is looking after more than one activities are called HR Generalist.
HR Generalist could be at Executive level or Managerial level.
JD's to be prepared keeping in view the responsibilities one is handling.
