Integrated Manual For ISO 14001 & ISO 18001

I have been assigned to write the Integrated manual for ISO 14001 and OHSAS. Can anyone help me with a manual for guidelines? I want to have an idea about the records, procedures, and annexures that an organization with the integrated certification maintains.

Our company comprises 6000 people and is a manufacturing unit of textiles. Following ISO guidelines, I have already started writing the manual. However, I have encountered a difficulty with the records, procedures, and work instructions as there are no examples in front of me to follow. Therefore, I am seeking an integrated manual that includes records, procedures, objectives, targets, etc., to assist me in designing a manual that aligns with our manufacturing processes.
