WE HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS OFFICE/RETAIL STORES. I am in the process of developing a MONTHLY INFORMATION SYSTEM - HR to track realistic manpower, attrition rates, new additions, training and development needs, and any other issues essential for Management to be aware of in HR matters.

Please share if you are using such an MIS format.
