How To Calculate Tds? - Xls Download

Hi all,
Currently I am HR in one software co. I want to know that How TDS can be calculated on various salary slabs? I am from Sc. background, so don't know much about it.
Kindly pls guide me asap.
Also, give me calculation format too.
Its urgent.

same as per income tax slab of the year 2012 - 2013
X to 180000 = Nill
180001 to 50000 = 10%
500001 to 800000 = 20%
800001 to > = 30%
Education Cess = 2%
Secondary and Higher Education Cess = 1%
