Induction & pre-joining stages are points where you can create the first imprint of your organization in the mind of your new incumbent. Pre-joining is the stage where you have an apprehensive, eager incumbent anticipating a new world - thats when the iron is hot to create lasting impressions, then comes the Induction process.
Induction structure depends on your HR vision. Apart from the core idea of coaching in each department the prime focus should be to make the incumbent aware of the brand standards of your organization, effort to align individuals aspirations with mission, vision and core values / philosophy of your organization.
