Enhancing Marketing Skills Post-MBA: Course Recommendations and Education Details

I need to suggest to my brother that he completed an MBA at Magnus School of Business in Hyderabad with a specialization in Marketing. He has received a few job offers, but the salaries offered were too low. He is now planning to pursue some courses (3-12 months in duration) to enhance his skills in the field of marketing and secure a better-paying job at the start of his career.

Thank you for the response. I checked the course details on the ICFAI University website, but the course duration is not mentioned. Additionally, I would like to know if it is a distance education program or a full-time program at the college. Please provide me with these details.
