Looking For Format Letter For Decrease In Salary In Positive Note

Can anyone help me pls..i am looking for letter format where i need to specify salary decrease in form of fixed and variable paert,where i want the letter to be ina positive form...i dont want employees to demotivate,can anyone provide me a positive note of letter where i can positively convey employess about salary decrease...
