Abseenteeism & Attrition Rate (Emloyee Turnover)

Please help me how to calculate Attrition rate by Category wise.
As in our category we describe three types of employees category
1. Management Employees (manager, AM, Deputy Manager, Officer)
2.Staff (Supervisor, Junior Staff, Senior Staff)
3.Workers
Also help about how to calculate Absenteeism rate

It can be calculated monthwise simply where
number of managers left/total managers*100 gives you the attrition rate month wise.
