To think of it, every one, the rich or the poor, a highly industrious or a very lazy person, they all get this one resource equal. Thus, with time, it is not the 'availability of the resource' but the 'utilization which is important'. Ironically again, it is the busy person who can and does allot time for extra activities while a lazy person may not find time for routine ones.
