Salary Structure - Non-taxable Components - DOC Download

Dear All,
To reduce the income tax amount, we are providing Food Coupons, Medical Reimbursement, LTA, etc. But I want to know what are other heads which can be non-taxable heads.
Please suggest your views.

Child Edu. allowance - rs.200/- pm/child (max 2 children)
Conveyance allowance - rs.800/-pm
Gift voucher - rs.5000/- p.a
HRA - upto 50% of basic for metros & 40% for non-metros

Hi Devang,
Some more components Like Fuel Expenses, Driver Salary, Mobile Expense etc can helpful to reduce the income tax amount.
