Therefore, first, decide which of the acts is applicable to your establishment, e.g., the Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, etc. Then, go through the rules of that Act and obtain the format.

How can I know under which of the Acts & Rules you are required to maintain the attendance register? Formats are provided by the Rules of the applicable Act; therefore, first examine which Act, like the Factories Act, Shops Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, etc., is applicable in your case. Then, go through the Rules to have the format.
